Purchasing Art from The Joy of Art Studio

Acquiring a piece of original art is an investment and we want you to be completely happy in the process. Not only is it our reputation, but each piece comes from the heart and we want it to touch yours.

The first step is to contact Lynne, via e-mail. She will be able to confirm that the piece is still available and answer any questions that you might have about it. Local clients are welcome to make an appointment to view the piece personally prior to purchase. For payment, we prefer to work through PayPal, or arrangements may be made for payment via cash or check.

For non-local clients, the piece will be carefully packaged for insured shipment at a nominal additional charge. For non-local clients, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Lynne asks that you contact her personally within 14 days of receipt. Every effort will be made to rectify the situation, or you may return the piece to her for a refund minus the shipping fees.
